By using PetrolPuppy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PetrolPuppy provides real-time fuel price information sourced from government APIs and open data providers. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is available free of charge, with an optional ad-free subscription.

Fuel prices displayed are sourced from official government portals and may not reflect the exact forecourt price at the time of your visit. Prices are updated at regular intervals (typically every 30 minutes) but may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

Always confirm the price at the pump before filling. PetrolPuppy accepts no liability for any loss incurred due to price discrepancies.

You may create an account to save preferences and favourite stations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected].

The ad-free subscription is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months. Subscription terms are displayed clearly before purchase.

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service beyond the rate limits of our public API
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

The PetrolPuppy brand, design, and code are owned by PetrolPuppy. Data sourced from government portals is subject to the respective open data licences (see Data Sources). You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit PetrolPuppy data without written permission.

German fuel price data (sourced via Tankerkönig, licensed CC BY 4.0) is provided for consumer-facing informational use only and may not be commercially redistributed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetrolPuppy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email for registered users.
